Writing Workshop

This week during writing workshop we worked on fixing up our writing for publication! It was hard to pick just one piece because there are so many great pieces in our writing folders! After we each spread out our work and decided on "the one" it was time to learn how to fancy it up! Re-reading was the first step. We asked ourselves "Does this make sense." "How can I fix it?" "What can I add?" these questions helped us edit our words as well as add details to our pictures. When we are done editing we will learn to share our work through an activity called "Reading into the circle" during an author's celebration! Good work writers!
