Quiet Reading

Each day students participate in quiet reading with the books from our classroom library. This allows students the opportunity to immerse themselves in literature by themselves or with a friend. Typically, during this time you will see students retelling the story, enjoying the pictures, and practicing appropriate pre-reading skills.
